Quick Start
Get up and running with EyeTrainer in under a minute.
Step 1: Launch
Open EyeTrainer from your Apple Vision Pro home screen. The app opens in a spatial window showing the exercise selector.
Tip
Make sure you have enough room to look around comfortably. EyeTrainer works best in a space where you can sit or stand with your head level.
Step 2: Pick an Exercise
Browse the 8 built-in exercises on the main screen. Each card shows the exercise name, a brief description, and a preview of the motion pattern.
For your first session, we recommend Left-Right Pursuit — it's the simplest pattern and helps you get comfortable with the ball tracking mechanic.
Step 3: Start Training
Tap the exercise card to enter the exercise view. A 3D ball appears in your space and begins moving along the selected path. Follow the ball with your eyes, keeping your head as still as possible.
The session timer counts down in the corner. When the session ends, you'll see a completion summary. Your session is automatically saved to your exercise history.
