Exercises

EyeTrainer includes 8 exercises organized into three skill categories. Each targets a different aspect of visual coordination.

Pursuit Exercises

Pursuit exercises train smooth tracking — the ability to follow a moving object with your eyes. These build the foundation for most vision therapy programs.

Left-Right Pursuit

Saccade Exercises

Saccade exercises train rapid, accurate eye jumps between positions. This is the eye movement you use when reading or scanning a scene.

Convergence exercises train the eyes to work together when focusing at different depths. Important for anyone with convergence insufficiency.
